Sono poi rappresentati i Ministeri interessati: Ministero delle politiche agricole alimentari e forestali; Ministero delle infrastrutture e dei trasporti, Ministero della salute, Ministero della difesa, Ministero degli affari esteri, Ministero dell'istruzione, dell'universita' e della ricerca, Ministero per i beni e le attivita' culturali, Ministero dello sviluppo economico e Dipartimento per gli affari regionali.
Regional coordination	L'art. 6 del Dlgs. 190/2010 prescrive che il Ministero dell'ambiente, quando necessario d'intesa con il Ministero degli affari esteri, individui le procedure finalizzate ad assicurare la cooperazione con gli Stati membri che hanno in comune con l'Italia una regione o sottoregione marina. Si devono utilizzare anche, ove opportuno, le sedi istituzionali esistenti in materia di cooperazione regionale, incluse quelle previste nel quadro delle convenzioni marittime regionali, come la Convenzione di Barcellona per il Mediterraneo, e fare riferimento anche a quanto previsto nell'ambito di accordi internazionali. Le procedure di cooperazione sono estese, per quanto possibile, ai Paesi terzi che esercitano la propria giurisdizione sulle acque di una regione o sottoregione marina.
