Groundwater bodies: Proportion failing to achieve good status, by RBD [map]

Map dashboard displays RBDs colored by proportion of GWBs failing to achieve good GW status. User can apply different filters (e.g. Status, RBMP, Aquifer type, Productivity, Country…).
