Surface water bodies: significant pressures [chart]

The dashboard shows the type and magnitude of pressures affecting the European surface water bodies, as reported by Countries for the 1st, 2nd second and 3rd cycle of the Water Framework Directive (WFD) - River Basin Management Plan (RBMP). It is possible to select and display  data from one or more countries, the EU-27 or "All" reporting countries.

Default view shows percentages as a proportion of those water bodies with a pressure. To see percentages as a proportion of all water bodies, open the filter for Pressure type group and click to include “None”.
