Description overall status
The numbers of stingray show a positive trend. On the basis of this, however, it is not possible to make statements about the condition of cartilage fish in general, but only to estimate the potential for recovery of species with similar vulnerabilities. It is difficult to determine whether the established numbers indicate that it is a biologically healthy population, since it was not yet possible to determine reference levels for this species above which we can demonstrably speak of a biologically healthy population.
