Progress description				Onderlinge samenwerking tussen Vlaamse en federale overheden zijn verbeterd door middel van verschillende fora: onderhandelingen over visserijmaatregelen, beroepsopleiding vissers, streven naar betere recyclagemogelijkheden voor visnetten.	In het kader van het ‘Vistraject’ (een duurzaamheidstraject voor de Belgische visserijsector) werd een voorstel voor een ministerieel besluit geformuleerd t.a.v. het bevoegde kabinet. Hierin komen zowel technische maatregelen als procedurele maatregelen aan bod om de omschakeling van recreatieve visser naar commerciële visser te vereenvoudigen. Het voorstel krijgt echter niet de nodige aandacht van de bevoegde beleidspersonen.
