Description overall status |
All fish, mollusc and crustacean samples from the Belgian southern North Sea and the Channel appear, after analysis, to be suitable for human consumption. The substances analyzed are metals (cadmium, mercury and lead), dioxins and dioxin-like PCBs, PCBs, PAHs, Cesium 134 and Cesium 137. These results are in accordance with the results prior to the 2011-2016 period.
