Target 2: Populations of all commercially exploited fish and shellfish should approach safe biological limits, exhibiting a population age and size distribution that is indicative of a healthy stock. All ICES, ICCAT, and GFCM recommendations in that direction will be followed, within the framework of the European Common Fisheries Policy.
