As part of EEA's ongoing security and identity management improvements, we are currently migrating the system to Entra ID authentication.
We kindly ask all users to start using Entra ID credentials when logging in to the system.
Please note that LDAP authentication will be phased out and disabled in the upcoming months. We encourage you to verify that you can successfully access the system and that your account and permissions function as expected after Entra ID login. Should you encounter any issues or require assistance during this transition, please contact Laszlo Cseh at laszlo.cseh@eaudeweb.ro Thank you for your cooperation and support.

Marine reporting units
Features
  • Impulsive sound in water
  • Continuous low frequency sound
GES description
GES under criterion D11C1 is determined via indicator 'Distribution and intensity of impulsive underwater noise'. Daily exposure ≤ 20% of the assessment area, annual exposure ≤ 10% of the sea area: short-term (daily) exposure should not exceed the level of biological relevance in more than 20% of the assessment area; for long-term exposure (annual exposure), the average daily proportion of the area exposed to impulsive noise levels higher than level of biological relevance should not exceed 10% of the total assessment area.
GES under criterion D11C2 is determined via two indicators: 'Distribution and intensity of continuous underwater low-frequency noise in 125 Hz ddec' and 'Distribution and intensity of continuous underwater low-frequency noise in 500 Hz ddec'. GES is achieved, if: - LOBE at 125 Hz is exceeded 50% of the time in no more than 20% of the assessment area; - LOBE at 500 Hz is exceeded 50% of the time in no more than 20% of the assessment area.
