Estonia's annual nutrient load (t/y) of total nitrogen (N-tot) and total phosphorus (P-tot) is decreasing and corresponds to the HELCOM national input ceilings (NICs) values. Threshold values are set for indicators only, target is achieved, when all its indicators show GES.
The target's definition has been refined and updated in comparison to the 2018 definition. |
