Method used |
GES determination and target setting were approached both qualitatively and quantitatively. A qualitative description was made but at the same time environmental indicators were used according to environmental quality criteria and guidelines. As a result target setting follows the same pattern where possible. Targets to achieve or maintain GES are defined according to the desired state of the environment as set by GES descriptors.
