Progress was noted. Active surveillance systems exist on the ground, although monitoring of protected areas of protected areas (EMP) is to be completed.
There are also remote surveillance systems such as buoys, satellites, radio-positioning of vessels by radio (AIS) and satellite (VMS), etc.
It is proposed to change the target in order to focus more on monitoring compliance with the established rules, with a view to protecting marine ecosystems.
Modify indicators to provide information on the degree of surveillance carried out, such as the number of infringement files, surveillance hours or the human resources allocated for this purpose

SEE 9 GES reporting for criteria 1.7
It is not possible to assess due to a lack of data (for non-commercial fish)
It is considered that the D3 of this objective should be excluded, as it is already evaluated via D3C2 and D3C1.
It could be considered to be covered by the criteria of the D1 as a whole, applied to large fish. It is suggested to delete
|
The objective and indicator are complex to measure, given that discharges without proper treatment are not authorised and therefore no data are available.
It is considered to be the most important objective of block B and that it would be appropriate to split it into a number of objectives according to origin.
The Directorate-General for Water has also been consulted to adapt the indicators

It is not possible to obtain information on the indicator, since such discharges do not have an authorisation.

No progress was detected.
It is proposed to maintain the objective, simplifying the text and adapting it to the new decision.
The indicator could be improved to ensure that the sample capture area, as well as the other parameters necessary to assess D9 criteria, are included as a mandatory field within health monitoring protocols.
