Progress was noted. Active surveillance systems exist on the ground, although the monitoring of protected areas of protected areas (EMP) is to be completed.

It is proposed to amend as it is very similar to criterion D6C1. It could be transformed into a pressure target so as to ensure that new activities of human activities do not significantly increase the surface area affected by physical loss of natural marine resources compared to the previous cycle.

Es de destacar que en el Reglamento de Planificación Hidrológica de 2007 y en la Instrucción de planificación hidrológica (art.3.4)) se especifica que se deben tener en cuenta la cuña salina y transporte sólido en la determinación de caudales ecológicos.
Sin embargo, estas consideraciones no se llegaron a incluir en los PHC.
En conclusión, hay información y estudios realizados pero no se han tenido en cuenta a posteriori.
Se propone el mantenimiento del objetivo, para tratar de alcanzarlo en los siguientes ciclos de Planificación Hidrológica. Se propone mejorar el indicador.
