| Further information on obstacle (Description) | Las Autoridades Portuarias son competentes en la prevención de emergencias por contaminación por la ley 14/2014 de navegación, lo que ha implicado la necesidad de dotarse de medios materiales y organizativos adaptados a dicha responsabilidad. Por este motivo se han producido retrasos en la redacción y aprobación de los Planes Interiores Marítimos. En este momento faltan por aprobarse los PIM de cuatro puertos. |
Se han detectado dificultades en el ajuste de los niveles de riesgo del modelo y en el establecimiento de un balance adecuado coste / beneficio. |
