Justification description |
The harbour porpoise population will increase slowly and no national measures will improve its status by 2027. The porpoise lives in Finland at the extremes of its range and the positive development of the population requires measures from all the coastal states of the Baltic Sea. It is not possible to estimate when good status will be achieved. |
