The HELCOM indicator counts new NIS to the whole area. Secondary invasions are not counted; i.e. the species had arrived already to the area is spreading by natural means to new MRUs. The three NIS new to FI were all secondary invasions.
Assessement counts the proportion of NIS polychaeta species of all polychaetes int he MRU.
