Justification description |
The state of cod is affected by measures elsewhere in the Baltic Sea. It is not possible to estimate when good status will be achieved. |
The situation for the eel in Finland depends above all on action and its lack elsewhere in Europe, as well as on changes in the environment, especially in the spawning area. It is currently not possible to estimate the timing of the good status of the eel. |
The fishing control measures for the migratory whitefish in the Bay of Bothnia have a delayed effect. The good status of this stock is expected to be achieved by 2030. |
The fishing control measures for the pikeperch in the Archipelago Sea have a delayed effect, and the regulation of the minimum fishing size of the pikeperch and the mesh size of the nets do not correspond optimally. The good status of these stocks is expected to be achieved by 2030. |
