Permanent changes in hydrographic conditions shall not adversely affect marine ecosystems.
Spatial extent and distribution of permanent change in hydrographic conditions (e.g. changes in wave action, currents, salinity, temperature) on the seabed and in the water column, associated, inter alia, with physical loss (1) of the natural seabed.
