In accordance with the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP), adjust fishing mortality to achieve maximum sustainable yield (MSY) for fish stocks covered by international and European recommendations.
Adapt fishing mortality to ensure sustainable management of local stocks for those fish stocks concerned wholly or partly by a national or sub-national assessment and subject to local management
Adapt recreational fishing removals so as to achieve or maintain the good state of the stocks on the basis of the best available knowledge.
