Justification description
La mise en place d’une réglementation harmonisée pour l’utilisation des scrubbers dans des zones spécifiques est du ressort de l’OMI et de l’UE.
La mise en place d’une zone SECA pour la mer Méditerranée est du ressort de l’OMI et la CMR de Barcelone dont la France fait partie va proposer un dossier en vue d’une action auprès de l’OMI en ce sens.
