The spatial distribution, temporal extent, and levels of anthropogenic impulsive sound sources do not exceed levels that adversely affect populations of marine animals. |
By 2025 ensure guidance to regulate both continuous and impulsive noise from anthropogenic activities is developed and implemented in order to maintain low levels of noise in Irelands marine environment. |
