Threshold values are not established yet because the data collected at the end of the first MSFD cycle through dedicated monitoring in hot spot areas for introductions, is not comparable with the data collected in 2012 mainly based on literature. Current monitoring data referring to D2 represents therefore the baseline data to be used for future GES assessment.
