Target description
A national register of impulsive sounds that takes into account all activities is implemented and operational human who introduce impulsive sounds in the range 10 Hz — 10 kHz in the marine environment.
It is defined a "baseline level" for continuous low frequency sounds ("ambient noise") in the three marine sub-regions.
