Regional cooperation |
Malta follows closely the discussions undertaken in relation to the Integrated Monitoring and Assessment Programme within the framework of the Barcelona Convention, and ensured consideration of the IMAP guidance documents and the common indicator factsheets throughout the updating of the MSFD monitoring programme. Through this approach, Malta has ensured regional cooperation on MSFD monitoring processes. In addition, Malta is also following the regional cooperation project, ABIOMMED, which will continue to contribute to the coherence and coordination of monitoring processes. |
