Description overall status
The overall status is assessed based on all elements which are used to calculate the inventory parameter which focuses on changes in the number of established and new NIS detected in a specific assessment unit irrespective of regional species-baseline lists. The 'inventory' parameter quantifies whether the NIS species composition changes over time and focuses on changes in the total number of NIS individuals independent of the species list. The inventory is negative or zero if the number of NIS in assessment unit does not increase reflecting a good status.Inventory-Parameter was 1.

Description overall status
There were 4 newly introduced non indigenous species to Polish waters of Gdansk Basin. Not all of the species were non indigenous for the Baltic Sea. The species were: Limnodrilus profundicola, Melita nitida, Palaemon macrodactylus and Rangia cuneata. The last 2 species were found in the Vistula river mouth.

Description overall status
There was one newly introduced non indigenous species in Polish waters of Szczecin Lagoon: Dreissena bugensis.
The inventory is negative or zero if the number of NIS in assessment unit does not increase reflecting a good status. Inventory-Parameter was 1.
