GES description
Contaminants in fish and other seafood for human consumption do not exceed levels established by Union legislation or other relevant standards.
The level of contaminants in fish muscle caught the wild does not exceed: (a) for contaminants listed in Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 the maximum levels laid down in that Regulation, which are the threshold values for the purposes of this Decision; (b) for other contaminants environmental quality standard for priority substances in biota selected in accordance with Directive 2000/60/EC laid down in Part A of Annex I to Directive 2013/39/EC and QSseafood.
