GES description
GES is established based on the biological reference points of fishing mortality (D3C1) and spawning biomass (D3C2) corresponding to maximum sustainable yield.

Dificuldade em definir unidades de gestão local dado que a maioria das espécies comerciais exploradas tem uma distribuição espacial que vai muito para além da subdivisão.
