The mortality rate per species from incidental by-catch is 0 for Atherina boyeri and below 0.31 for Merlangus merlangius euxinus
The distributional range of the species (%) does not decrease below threshold value (50%).
The spawning stock abundance trend should not decrease comparing to last assessment (2006-2011).
The age of the first maturity stage does not decrease below 30% for: Squalus acanthias, Merlangus merlangius euxinus
