Justification description |
Romania shall endeavor to manage fisheries in such a way as to ensure sustainable fishing at local, subregional (Romania-Bulgaria joint measures) and regional level (through the newly proposed measure - Development of the multiannual regional management plan for the fish stocks concerned) and GES. However, given that the commercial stock is divided across the marine region or subregion, the achievement of the GES for Descriptor 3 depends on the mode of action of all Black Sea states. |
