Description overall status
We do not have indicators under any of the relevant criteria for harbour porpoise yet and not any definition of GES either. We only have a qualitative description for the three different populations (North Sea, Belt Sea and Baltic proper) in the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. In the North Sea both the abundance and the distribution pattern seem to be stable.
