Target description	E.2 Mänskliga verksamheter ska inte orsaka skadligt impulsivt ljud i marina däggdjurs utbredningsområden under tidsperioder då djuren är känsliga för störning. Modification 2025: The aim of the target is expandes to also include fish and has changed focused to temporary or permanent heaaring loss.
