Data are insufficient for the assessment of criterion D1C1 and we do not have any indicators yet. A justification for not using criteria D1C1 for seals is unfortunately not included in ART9GES-Schema.
A justification for not using criteria D1C5 is included in ART9GES-Schema. We do not have indicators under this criterion yet. The assessment is dependent on the relevant assessment under habitats directive but thresholds need to be modified in order to fit the scope of MSFD. This have not been done so far due to lack of knowledge about the condition of relevant habitats.
