Glede na rezultate presoje za D1 – pelagični habitat, doseganje vrednosti, ki so pomembne za presojo stanja in strokovno oceno za parametre, za katere vrednosti še niso določene, je bilo ocenjeno, da je stanje okolja za merilo pelagični habitat tako v obalnih kot teritorialnih morskih vodah v pristojnosti R Slovenije dobro, vendar je zanesljivost ocene nizka. Delež doseganja dobrega okoljskega stanja za morske vode v pristojnosti R Slovenije (MAD-SI-MRU-1) znaša 100 % območja.
