Učinkovita regulacija dejavnosti sektorjev oziroma dejavnosti, ki emitirajo impulzni hrup s ciljem zmanjševanja vnosa podvodnega hrupa (z uporabo omilitvenih ukrepov za zmanjšanje impulznega podvodnega hrupa iz občasnih dejavnosti ali alternativnih načinov gradnje).
Pritisk glede impulznega hrupa (kazalnik pulz-blok-dnevi) izkazuje stabilen (neposlabševanje stanja) ali negativen trend (izboljševanje stanja).
Učinkovita regulacija sektorjev oziroma dejavnosti, ki emitirajo kontinuirni hrup s ciljem zmanjševanja vnosa podvodnega hrupa (z uporabo omilitvenih ukrepov: omejevanje emisij hrupa plovil za rekreacijo in osebnih plovil, in ukrepi za zmanjšanje kontinuirnega podvodnega hrupa, ki so sprejeti v okviru mednarodnih konvencij IMO).
Pritisk glede kontinuirnega hrupa (kazalnika Leq,63Hz in Leq,125Hz) izkazujeta stabilen (neposlabševanje stanja) ali negativen trend (izboljševanje stanja).
