Z ukrepom se zagotavlja dosledno izvajanje zakonodaje na podrocju varstva voda, ki prepoveduje izpuste fekalnih voda s plovil v morje ter posodobitev marin in pristanišc v skladu z visokimi okoljskimi standardi. Socasno se o ravnanju z odpadnimi vodami ozavešca navticne turiste. Vsebina ukrepa je deloma vkljucena v PPP. Aktivnosti: (1) Zagotovitev zadostnih sprejemnih zmogljivosti za oddajo odpadnih fekalnih voda s plovil. (2) Ozavešcanje navticnih turistov o ravnanju z odpadnimi vodami in o vplivu odpadnih voda na ekološko stanje morskega okolja.

The measure addresses existing legislation governing the monitoring or control of contaminants in foodstuffs derived from marine organisms, where the sample is obtained in production, processing or distribution. The content of the measure from the NUMO (2017-2021) is also integrated into the measure: D9: TU3 (1b) (1) Control of the content of contaminants in foodstuffs from marine organisms, where the sample is taken in production, processing or distribution.

Ukrep naslavlja obstojeco zakonodajo, ki ureja nadzor nad vsebnostjo onesnaževal in mikrobioloških parametrov na obmocjih školjcišc in ribogojnic v morskih vodah, v pristojnosti R Slovenije. Ukrep je delno vkljucen v Nacrt upravljanja voda. (1) Posodabljanje programa za spremljanje izbranih onesnaževal v mesu nabranih in gojenih školjk ter v mesu ulovljenih in vzrejenih rib, v kolikor je potrebno; (2) Nadzor nad vsebnostjo onesnaževal v mesu nabranih in gojenih školjk ter v mesu ulovljenih in vzrejenih rib.

The measure ensures consistent implementation of the legislation in the field of discharges of urban water to the marine environment in order to record discharges of urban wastewater into the marine environment or to identify illegal discharges into the marine environment, while remediation of discharges. The measure implements enhanced control of urban wastewater inputs to the marine environment and the status of urban infrastructure. The content of the measure is partly included in the PDB. Activities: Existing discharges which discharge waste water into bathing water areas and marine aquaculture production areas shall be recorded and remediated. The discharges in which faecal and storm waters are mixed should be recorded, remediated and released. The illegal discharges of faecal waters should be recorded and remediated. Strengthen the surveillance of the critical points of potential outflows during the summer months.
