Information gaps |
There is unsufficient data on the level of pressure from recreational fishing. Recreational fishing is not regualted in this marine area and thus feedback data on recreational catches are not gathered. Also the impact of fishing on other functional groups is unsufficient because bycatch numbers are often not reported by fishermen. These data shortages will be addressed with specific socioeconomical studies probably during next decades. |
