Target description |
Avoid significant residual impacts* of turbidity on the habitats and the main fish functional zones of importance most sensitive to this pressure, under the influence of marine works, material extraction, dredging, dumping of dredged material, developments and land-based discharges *notable residual impacts within the meaning of environmental assessment N. B. 1: This objective targets the main fish functional zones of importance (FFZIs) and the following habitats: maerl beds, phanerogam meadows (eelgrass, posidonia, cymodocae), belts of rockweed, kelp and cystose, lithophyllum sidewalks, sabellarid bioconstructions and coralligenous (coastal and deep). N.B. 2: Maps of FFZIswill be produced as part of M004.
Avoid any new anthropogenic modification of the hydrographic conditions having a significant residual impact* on the current and sedimentology of the sectors at stake and in priority in the macro-tidal bays, areas of maximum current and sectors of hydraulic dunes * significant residual impacts in the sense of the environmental assessment

Limiting pressures and barriers to sea-land connectivity in estuaries and coastal lagoons
Limiting pressures and barriers to sea-land connectivity in estuaries and coastal lagoons
Ensuring an adequate volume of freshwater in the coastal sector throughout the year, including by reducing the levels of water abstraction (groundwater and surface water) at the catchment level
To preserve marine ecosystems, their functionalities and uses by ensuring a sufficient quantitative supply of fresh water in the coastal sector.
Preserve marine ecosystems and their functionality by controlling turbid discharges from maritime (dredging, aggregate extraction, etc.) and land-based (dewatering, dam flushing, etc.) activities.
Preserve areas with little or no impact through permanent modification of hydrographic processes, especially those hosting habitats with a key functional role / Reduce pressures impacting habitats and their functionalities

Target assessment description |
Target: 100% of new authorizations and renewals of authorizations concern projects with no significant residual impacts as a result of the application of the ERC sequence, as of the adoption of the seafront strategy.
Target: 100% of new authorizations concern projects with no significant residual impact following the ERC sequence, excluding tidal turbines, and 100% of tidal turbine projects minimizing their impact, as of the adoption of the seafront strategy.
target: Defined and concerted in facade and adopted at the same time as the action plan of the facade strategic document
target: Defined and concerted on the façade as part of measure M003, and adopted at the same time as the Facade Strategic Document (Document Stategique de Facade) action plan.

The environmental objective is dropped as it does not correspond to the definition of a second cycle environmental objective. Indeed, it does not aim to reduce a well-identified pressure. It is replaced in the second cycle by environmental objective D07-OE04.

The environmental objective is dropped as it does not correspond to the definition of a second cycle environmental objective. Indeed, it does not aim to reduce a well-identified pressure. It is replaced in the second cycle by environmental objective D07-OE01.
The environmental objective is abandoned as it does not correspond to the definition of an environmental target for the second cycle. It is too general, it is not intended to reduce a clearly identified pressure and does not have an indicator enabling it to be assessed.
