Description |
The main sources with high accidental pollution potential are represented by the commerical ships, especially during the upload-download operations within the harbour area but also other land-based sources: damaged wastewater pipes, damages of wastewater collection systems during the winter storms. The pollution substances are coming from ship discharges, deficiency operation of the instalations, accidents during the upload-download process, sink of ships and consist mainly in petroleum hydrocarbons. |
