Measure description |
The northernmost part of the Mediterranean Sea, with a high diversity of habitat types from the high seas to the habitat types of the muddy and hard seabed and a combination of boreal and Mediterranean plant and animal species, which makes marine waters under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Slovenia extremely important from the point of view of biodiversity. There are very diverse living environments, including Preoraligen, communities with various cystosira species and marine flora meadows, including endangered Posidonia, law and small seagrass. In the part of the Adriatic Sea under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Slovenia, more than 1700 animal species were recorded (above 1500 neuretances and almost 200 vertebrars), many of which are rare and threatened. Particular mention is made of brain sponge and common axinels, stone coral, gastropods and striped porcelanko, mussels, dates and sea bream, cancer of a large crab, glanderfish, common and large marine mace, sea horses and glauce and dolphin-sized porpoise. Ecologically important areas (EPOs) in or along marine waters under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Slovenia are: Sea and sea coastline (ID 70000), Secovelska salts with Seco (ID 75200), Rt Madona (ID 78700), Piran Clif (ID 79300), Lakes in Fiesa (ID 79200), Strunjan (ID 96800), Izolane (ID 79800), Žusterna – Izola (ID 78500), Žusterna (ID 78600), Škocjanski Stok (ID 77600), Rižana – estuari (ID 79700), Sv. Nikolai (ID 78900) and Debeli Rtic (ID 78300). Activity: Implementation of measures laid down by legislation for the protection and conservation of nature.

Najsevernejši del Sredozemskega morja z veliko pestrostjo habitatnih tipov od odprtega morja do habitatnih tipov muljevitega in trdnega morskega dna ter prepletom borealnih in sredozemskih rastlinskih in živalskih vrst, zaradi česar so morske vode, v pristojnosti R Slovenije,izjemnega pomena z vidika biotske raznovrstnosti. Prisotna so zelo različna življenjska okolja, vključno s prekoraligenom, združbami z različnimi vrstami cistozire in travniki morskih cvetnic, vključno z ogroženimi pozejdonovko, pravo in malo morsko travo. V delu Jadranskega morja, ki je v pristojnosti R Slovenije, je bilo evidentiranih preko 1700 živalskih vrst (več kot 1500 nevretenčarjev in skoraj 200 vretenčarjev) , med katerimi so tudi številne redke in ogrožene. Omeniti velja predvsem spužvi možganjača in navadna aksinela, kameno koralo, polža progasto mitro in progasto porcelanko, školjke morsko kopito, datljevko in morskega datlja, raka velikega morskega pajka, ribe morskega piškurja, navadno in veliko morsko mačko, morske konjičke in glavačke ter delfina veliko pliskavko in želvo glavato kareto. Ekološko pomembna območja (EPO) v ali ob morskih vodah, v pristojnosti R Slovenije, so: Morje in morsko obrežje (ID 70000), Sečoveljske soline s Sečo (ID 75200), Rt Madona (ID 78700), Piranski klif (ID 79300), Jezeri v Fiesi (ID 79200), Strunjan (ID 96800), Izolansko brezno (ID 79800), Žusterna – Izola (ID 78500), Žusterna (ID 78600), Škocjanski zatok (ID 77600), Rižana – estuarij (ID 79700), Sv. Nikolaj (ID 78900) in Debeli Rtič (ID 78300). Aktivnost: (1) Izvajanje ukrepov, ki so z zakonodajo določena za območja pomembna za varstvo in ohranjanje narave.

The measure addresses existing landscape parks on marine waters and on the coast, based on existing legislation. The landscape park is a wider protected area, with a high-quality and long-lasting interplay between mankind and nature, which has a high ecological, biological or landscape value (Op. wider protected areas are areas of nature where there is great abiotic, biodiversity and landscape diversity and a high density and diversity of natural values, which can also be complex and functionally interconnected). Ukrep naslavlja na podlagi obstoječe zakonodaje vzpostavljene krajinske parke na območju morskih voda in na obali. Krajinski park je širše zavarovano območje s poudarjenim kakovostnim in dolgotrajnim prepletom človeka z naravo, ki ima veliko ekološko, biotsko ali krajinsko vrednost (op. širša zavarovana območja so območje narave, kjer je velika abiotska, biotska in krajinska raznovrstnost ter velika gostota in raznolikost naravnih vrednot, ki so lahko tudi kompleksno in funkcionalno med seboj povezane). The measure addresses the nature reserves established on the basis of existing legislation in the area of marine waters and the coast. The nature reserve is a narrower protected area of geotopes, habitats of endangered, rare or snailous plant or animal species or areas of importance for the conservation of biodiversity, which is maintained through a balanced action of humankind. Ukrep naslavlja na podlagi obstoječe zakonodaje vzpostavljene naravne rezervate na območju morskih voda in obali. Naravni rezervat je ožje zavarovano območje geotopov, življenjskih prostorov ogroženih, redkih ali značilnih rastlinskih ali živalskih vrst ali območje, pomembno za ohranjanje biotske raznovrstnosti, ki se z uravnoteženim delovanjem človeka v naravi tudi vzdržuje.
