Q4f - Programme description
Monitoring of contaminants in seafood in Finland is made in co-operation with the monitoring of contaminants in environment (BALFI-D08-01 and -02) as the sampling of fish is made with the same effort. Other parts of the monitoring follow the relevant EU legislation and EFSA guidelines for seafood safety.

Q5f - Description of programme for GES assessment
The monitoring supports indicators which measure the distance to GES (GES-boundaries taken from Food Safety Legislation). The monitoring is sufficient to detect the natural variability.
