Member state marine waters
Polish Marine waters consist of: Polish territorial waters including WFD coastal and transitional waters and Polish EEZ. Landward boundary of coastal waters is MSL. However, the status of the coast was taken into account for its hydromorphological assessment. There is an area of the part of Polish EEZ close to Borhnolm island disputed with Denmark.
