T 7.1: The impacts resulting from the permanent changes to hydrological conditions and of physiographic characteristics of specific categories of new infrastructure implemented from 2012 and subject to national EIA are assessed.
D7C1-D7C2: The objectives are consistent and identical to those for qualitative descriptors D1 (Bio-diversity), D4 (Food webs) and D6 (Netestate seabed delimitation). Targets for specific descriptors are set out in the chapters addressing these descriptors (D1, D4, D6).
D7-1: Maintain permanent changes in hydrographical conditions at levels that do not change the ecological conditions or are minimal
D7-2: The nutrients present do not exceed the values that would lead to eutrophication. The objectives in protected and protected areas for which water and water quality are important are in line with the regulations governing nature conservation.
D7T1: Since there is no permanent changes of Descriptor 7 influenced by human activity, we can say that GES is achieved in the Croatian part of the Adriatic Sea. According MSFD for secure GES of Descriptor 7 in the Adriatic Sea the target is to preserve it on this level in future.
