T 11.1: A national register of impulsive sounds that takes into account all activities is implemented and operational human who introduce impulsive sounds in the range 10 Hz — 10 kHz in the marine environment.
T 11.2: It is defined a "baseline level" for continuous low frequency sounds ("ambient noise") in the three marine sub-regions.

D11C1: Regulate sectors or activities that emit pulsed noise with the objective of reducing the entry of underwater noise (e.g. through the use of mitigation measures or alternative means of construction). The pressure on impulsive noise (the “pulse-block days indicator”) displays a stable or negative trend.
